Frequently asked questions

Is KloudCricket available today?
Not yet — it is in active design. The scope and architecture are locked and we are building toward a first academy release. Ask for early access and we will bring you in as a design partner, so the product is shaped around a real academy: yours.
Does attendance work without internet on the ground?
Yes — that is a core requirement, not an afterthought. Coaches mark attendance offline and it syncs automatically once a connection is back.
Can we run more than one branch?
Yes. Multiple branches and batches are built in from the start, with coaches and sub-coaches mapped to the groups they take.
How is our academy’s data kept separate?
Every academy is isolated at the database level (row-level isolation per academy), running on AWS in Mumbai so your data stays in India.
What is KloudSports, then?
KloudSports is the family name for our sports platforms. KloudCricket is the first one; football, tennis and badminton editions will share the same core. Coaches buy software built for their sport — the badge just ties it to the wider suite.
